Hospitality/Customer Service Team Atlantic FieldHouse is excited to expand our Hospitality Team to include more members who embody the Warm, Friendly, and Welcoming environment that we strive to offer - not only at the Front Desk but in every aspect of our facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting and assisting customers face-to-face, accepting registrations, suggesting appropriate classes for children, scheduling birthday parties, maintaining a welcoming lobby area for parents and children, and more.

Experience: Some experience in a Customer Service/Hospitality position is preferred. Basic computer knowledge is a must, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is ideal.

You'll be a role model to them, as you assist with the development of their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills. We offer a fun and fast-paced environment.

Most staff members work 4-5 weekday shifts. Shifts include Monday-Friday between 8:30 am-4:15 pm. Typical shifts are 8:30 am-12:45 pm or 12:30 pm-3:30 pm. Must be available to commit to June 15th-September 2nd. There is an option to schedule additional hours on Friday evenings or Saturdays for special events or parties.

Must be GREAT with kids and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates must be energetic, outgoing, kind, playful, and friendly. A background in working with children, teaching, and/or coaching is preferred. Must also be dependable, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and have dependable transportation.
